Ink . Stamp . Share Blog Hop ~ Sketch Challenge

Once again I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop, we are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!

You will have either arrived from Karen’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . This month our theme is a Sketch Challenge, we can change elements such as using something else instead of the flower or flip the sketch on its head but the general look of the finished project must resemble the sketch.

I threw myself into the Sand and Sea Suite for my card today, I chose the piece of DSP I wanted to use then picked the So Saffron and Sahara Sand card to coordinate.

Card Base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Sahara Sand Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4

Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White Card

Layer 2: 5 1/4 x 2 Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper (DSP)

Layer 3: 5 1/4 x 1/2 So Saffron Card

Banner: 3 3/4 x 2 So Saffron Card ~ Cut with the Banner Triple Punch (will be retiring soon!)

Banner: 3 1/2 x 1 1/2 Pearlescent Specialty Paper, also cut with the Banner Triple Punch

Ink Color : Memento Tuxedo Black

The greeting is from the Friends are Like Seashells Stamp Set, stamped directly on to the DSP, my little trio of Opal Rounds and then the Seaside Shell stickers to finish off.
