Yesterday the new Stampin’ UP! catalog was launched with new papers, inks, stamp sets, ribbons, embellishments and tools. And my first card using new product:

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Thick Very Vanilla Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic Black Card
• Layer 2: Scrap of Pale Papaya Card for greeting tag
• Ink Color: Tuxedo Black Memento and Versamark

The Elegantly Said Stamp Set is just that ——— I just love the beautiful lace type images and it was perfect for using the Heat Embossing Technique, I chose to use gold on black for maximum impact with a little pop of color using one of the new Pale Papaya card and Pale Papaya and White 1/2 ribbon for my faux knot. If you look really carefully I also used one of the new Genial Gems embellishments in the center or the bottom right-hand lacey piece.

That cute label is cut with the brand new Elegant Tag Punch, the greetings in the coordinating stamp set fit perfectly in this punch and over the coming weeks I shall be using and sharing this punch A LOT!
