Christmas In July ~ Ink . Stamp . Share Blog Hop

Once again I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop, we are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!

You will have either arrived from Libby’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . This month our theme is Christmas in July! I must say thinking of Christmas at this time of year is a bit of a challenge as we are dealing with temperature hovering in the high 90’s here in North Texas!!

Despite the heat I used the Tidings of Christmas Suite of products to create today’s card – I started be checking out the colors in the Tidings of Christmas decorative paper pack, picked one of the designs then pulled the card and ink colors I wanted to use. The Christmas Trimmings Dies has some cute leaf dies as well as the stocking, so I used card scraps to cut a bunch of these out. I stamped the stocking and cut with the coordinating die, then I cut just the cuff of the stocking with some of the Gold and Rose Gold Metallic Specialty Paper – it can be easily missed on page 135 of the Annual Catalog, they are stunningly beautiful and make great embellishments.

Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 2 Cherry Cobbler Card

Layer 2: 5 1/8 x 1 7/8 Tidings of Christmas DSP Pack

Center Layer 3: 3 x 3 Evening Evergreen Card

Center Layer 4: 2 7/8 x 2 7/8 Cherry Cobbler Card

Center Layer 5: 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 Tidings of Christmas DSP Pack

Ink Colors : Evening Evergreen and Cherry Cobbler
