Continue readingThis is the next step in the Ocean/Beach themed junk journal I am currently working on. This is the 4th journal I have made and, like the others, I am experimenting with different ideas and techniques from those I have done before. I wanted this journal to be a NO SEW one so in the accompanying video I work thru decorating the various pages and pockets and adding flaps, pockets and belly bands to hold all my goodies!

We don’t have a specific theme ” anything goes” it is all about the fold!! Today I have a fold that came to me while eating breakfast one morning, I cannot recall seeing anything like it before so I have called it ‘A Drop Down Easel Surprise Fold!!!
Continue readingFor the last 5 – 6 years I have designed and enjoyed making my flip over desk calendar for the ladies who came to my classes. As I have done for the last few years I am going to be sharing one at the start of each month. Like last year, I recognize not everyone is into making 3D items so have created a card for each month, using elements from the calendar for that month and included a video to show how I went about making the card.
So today I share, April with an Easter Bunny theme, with an easy fun fold ~ check out the video 🙂
