We are still in the high 90’s here in North Texas but the months are passing very fast, I don’t countdown the weeks or days to Christmas but I am a planner – so have been putting some thought into planning my Christmas card designs.
- Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Cherry Cobbler Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
- Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Very Vanilla Card
- Layer 2: 5 x 4 3/4 Evening Evergreen Card
- Ink Color: Versamark
I used my Stampartus to stamp with the Festive Foliage Background Stamp with Versamark, then sprinkled with Gold Embossing Powder before melting everything with the Heat Tool. I chose to use Cherry Cobbler card as it tied in with the new Cherry Cobbler & Gold 1/2 Metallic Ribbon, it is so rich and luxurious – just perfect for a Christmas Card.
My greeting is from the Holly Jolly Wishes Stamp Set, this has 8 super holiday greetings in great fonts. I heat embossed it to match the card then cut with the Elegant Tag Punch. A few Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels dotted around just finishes everything off.
