Typically I would be using Stars and Stripes for my July 4th themed card, however I have shifted over to my favorite florals with the Inked and Tiled Stamp Set – partly because one of the stamps looks a bit like a firework starburst; and partly because this has become one of my favorite stamp sets from the new catalog……….. so far!

• Base Card: 8 1/4 x 4 1/4 Night of Navy Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 4 x 2 1/2 Real Red Card ~ run thru the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Exposed Brick Embossing Folder
• Layer 2: 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 Night of Navy Card
• Layer 3: 4 x 2 1/2 Real Red Card
• Layer 4: 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 Basic White Card
• Inside Layer: 5 1/4 x 4 Basic White Card
• Ink Color: Night of Navy, Real Red & Smoky Slate

All layers are simply attached with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive then the front panel is added with Stampin Dimensionals. A few Rhinestone Basic Jewels added to the center of the ‘starbursts’ for some added bling!

While I used the number ‘4’ from the Classic Letters Stamp Set you could use any of the greetings from the stamp set to make this into a birthday, thank you, friend, Just a Note, Congratulations card
