Once again I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop, we are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!
You will have either arrived from Tricia’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . This month our theme is a color challenge where we have been given 4 colors to create a project with. Check them out below……….
These are the colors we were given
As soon as I saw these colors I knew that flowers would be involved…………… they are just perfect for them
Card Base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Basic White Thick Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
Layer 1: 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 Berry Burst Card
Layer 2: 4 5/8 x 3 3/8 Basic White Card
Ink Color : Garden Green
My stamp set is On The Ocean which is probably more of a masculine theme as it has a big ol’ sailing ship stamp in it but it also has a very beautiful ‘swirly’ stamp which I wanted to use for what is a very feminine card.
All my decorative pieces are cut using the Dainty Delight Dies along with scraps of each of the 4 colors in the challenge. Due to the finely cut pieces I used Adhesive Sheet on the back of the Granny Apple Green card before cutting so it made it very easy to attach to the card base.
To pull in a little more of Lemon Lolly I added a knot of the Sheer Ribbon Combo Pack then scattered a few white Adhesive Back Sequins for some subtle bling
