Once again  I am thrilled to be taking part  in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop,  we are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!

You will have either arrived from Deb’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . This month our theme is SUMMER ~ and boy have we had a doozy of a summer here in North Texas!

Where to start with the theme of ‘ Summer’ ? I went thru the different colors in Stampin UP! family for ones with summery type names ~ I came up with Azure Afternoon, Coastal Cabana, Tahitian Tide, Pool Party, Sweet Sorbet, Blueberry Bushel and Lemon Lolly.

So after lining them up and playing around with them for a while I landed on Azure Afternoon, Pool Party, Lemon Lolly and Sweet Sorbet. This combo is well out of my comfort zone but I really like the way it came together.

Card Base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Azure Afternoon Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4

Layer 1:5 1/2 x 4 1/4 Pool Party Card ~ cut with the largest rectangle in the Radiating Stitches Dies

Leaf is cut from Lemon Lolly card with the Artistic Dies ~ I love that leaf, it reminds me of leaves blowing in a summer breeze!

Ink Color : Azure Afternoon.

I used the Artistically Inked Stamp Set for my greeting which will work for almost any occasion. The Sweet Sorbet comes from some of the Metallic Woven Ribbon and a scattering of the 2022 – 2024 In-color Pearls
