Happy Bunny Technique Card

Welcome to my Corner of the World

We have several techniques going on today – Water Coloring, Die cutting and Blender Brushing with this delightfully cute card which I shall be using for my great-niece’s 3rd birthday.

  • Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Basic White Thick Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
  • Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Daffodil Delight Card
  • Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Basic White Card
  • Ink Color: Black Stazon, Balmy Blue & Granny Apple Green

After masking the bottom half of the 2nd layer I used Balmy Blue Ink and a Blending Brush then I moved the masking so that I could add Granny Apple Green to the lower half.

Using the Playing in the Rain Stamp Set and Stazon ink I stamped the bunny, clouds and little flowers on a scrap of Basic White Card, then cut them out with the coordinating Dies. I added some color with the Water Color Pencils then did a little blending with a Blending Brush. All the pieces are attached with a little Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive except the bunny who is popped up on Stampin Dimensionals.

I hope you enjoyed the card I shared with you today, (inspired by my Stampin’ Sista, Karen Nava) I love what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and much more. Don’t forget to be a subscriber on the blog by clicking the blue follow button on the top right and my You Tube Channel so that you get all the projects.
