Exactly 23 years ago today my husband and I arrived in the US for a 2 year assignment ………….. and we are still here!!!!! I have done card crafting for about 18 of those 23 years and been blogging about it for the last 11 years! As a paper crafter I find I get scraps left over from various design projects, which I cannot bear to throw away, so today my card uses up some scraps.

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Highland Heather Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Misty Moonlight Card ~run thru the Cut & Emboss Machine with the Timber Embossing Folder
• Layer 2: 2 3/4 x 2 & 2 3/4 x 1 1/4 Thoughtful Journey Decorative Paper
• Ink Color: Misty Moonlight

I chose my colors from the decorative paper, these are the actual scraps remaining – I simply cut the Glimmer Paper 1/4 larger and layered them using Mini Glue Dots. My greeting is from the Grassy Grove Stamp Set and cut with Unbounded Love Dies
