Welcome to my Corner of the World
Today, I’m taking on the challenge of creating envelopes without a punchboard, and I’m going to show you just how easy it can be!
I shared some Easter cards the other day (check out here if you missed it!) that I made 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 square ~ as I did not have any envelopes that size I decided to make some myself out of poster paper.

For 5 1/2 x 5 1/2 Square Card: 12 x 7 1/8 piece of paper
- score along the short side, 3/4 from each side
- score along the long side @ 4 & 9 5/8
For 5 x 5 Square Card: 11 1/2 x 6 1/8 piece of paper
- score along the short sie, 3/4 from each side
- score along the long side @ 4 x 9 1/8
Check out the video to see how everything goes together:
I hope you enjoyed the envelope idea and video I shared with you today, I love what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and much more. Don’t forget to be a subscriber on the blog by clicking the blue follow button on the top right and my You Tube Channel so that you get all the projects.
As I have now retired as a Stampin Up Demonstrator I will know longer be sharing links to the supplies, however there are lots of wonderful demonstrators around the world who would be glad to help you with finding them. 🙂
Please note that I am not endorsing any particular products nor am I being compensated for using them. I am sharing an idea and hope that you will be able to use products from your own stash to create a similar card 🙂
