Today’s card is pretty and feminine, a great card to send to a friend ‘just because’ I broke out my Stamparatus to create the background with the Wild Roses stamp, pairing Calypso Coral with Pale Papaya ink and card.
Last night we had the first rain in about 7 – 8 weeks, as a result it is a tad chilly this morning which made me realize we are moving into autumn quickly , so time for a card with an ‘autumny’ feel.
I broke out the Forever Fern Stamp set as the leaf images are sooooo realistic and there are 3 great greetings.
Once again I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop. We are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!
You will have either arrived from Angie’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . We do not have a theme, but each of the talented artisans showcase what they are working on at this time each month. There will be techniques, fancy folds, 3D, new products and ideas – a veritable treasure chest for you to draw on every month.
I love the watercolor effect the Artistically Inked Stamp Set gives, a great texture stamp, flowers and leaves and 4 very useful greetings. Today’s card uses this set and is the result of a color challenge I took part in a few weeks ago the result is a very pretty feminine card.
Every so often we need to send a ‘thoughts’ card, whether it be for sympathy, get well, thinking of you or just to bring some ‘happy mail’ to a friend or family member. The Magnolia 3D Embossing Folder is the perfect focal point to create this quick and elegant card.

I promised to share my voyage in learning how to use Stampin’ Blends. In this 6th video in the series, I share how to color ribbon to match your project and features the utterly cute Nuts about Squirrels Stamp Set.
I have shared before that often my ribbon drawer is the starting point for choosing colors for my projects but sometimes there just isn’t the color I need ! No problem ~ I can color up some of my own! As I explain in my video, today’s card is to welcome my great-niece into the family and I was looking for something cute but not pink so Pale Papaya and Calypso Coral it is and although I designed it for a new baby I think it would work for just about any occasion!
At the moment Stampin’ UP! is in the last 3 weeks of Sale-a-bration where you can choose exclusive free products when you place a product order of at least $50. Today’s card features the Summer Shadow Dies (free with at least a $100 order) with the Create with Friends and Stacked Stone Stamp Sets.
I like the mixture of colors today – I realized I had not used Shaded Spruce for a while so paired it with Soft Seafoam (although it is hard to see it in the picture) they went well together but need something more to I went for Magenta Madness, my goodness – does that jump out at you! but it works for me 🙂
Today’s card could be used for just about any occasion, it has bright colors and a simple but heartfelt message, which is from the Positive Thoughts Stamp Set.
My colors of Coastal Cabana and Melon Mambo are new to me but I think they turned out really cheerful 🙂
