Last night we had the first rain in about 7 – 8 weeks, as a result it is a tad chilly this morning which made me realize we are moving into autumn quickly , so time for a card with an ‘autumny’ feel.

I broke out the Forever Fern Stamp set as the leaf images are sooooo realistic and there are 3 great greetings.

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Cajun Craze Card ~scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Pear Pizzazz Card
• Layer 2: 5 x 2 1/4 Basic White Card
• Layer 3: 5 x 1 1/2 Bloom Where You’re Planted Designer Series Paper
• Strip : 5 1/4 x 1/4 Brushed Metallic Card
• Ink Color: Pear Pizzazz, Cajun Craze, Pumpkin Pie and Crumb Cake

After stamping the greeting, I attached the piece of DSP to the Pear Pizzazz layer first, with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. Once the leaves were stamped on the Basic White Card I attached it so that it overlapped the DSP slightly, using the strip of Brushed Metallic Card to hide the join. The Pear Pizzazz layer was then attached to the card base with Stampin Dimensionals.
