Today is Super Bowl Sunday – I have been a fan of American football since 2003 when I went to my first (and only) game at the Texas Stadium. I support the Dallas Cowboys, partly because they were playing the day I went to a game and partly because they are the ‘local’ team to where we live in North Texas.
When your read this I shall be watching the game and rooting for the Denver Broncos ~ for no other reason that I like Peyton Manning !

I can’t recall how many cards I have made with this stamp set…….. ‘Bloomin’ Love’ I have made valentine cards but the more I look at it this set it will work equally as well for anniversary, birthday for your significant other, wedding or engagement congratulations, when you look closely it has flowers, a banner and 4 lovely greetings that make it so versatile.

I made this card for my youngest Step-son’s birthday last month, he is all grown up with a wife and babies of his own. Cards for the guys in our lives do not come to me naturally but with this stamp set ‘ Sky is the Limit’ it certainly made it easier to make.

Today is the first of February – and a perfect kick-off to this new month is a Valentine card – I have already shared a few in the early part of January but have some more in my stash as we begin the countdown to the 14th!
I am not a great fan of January – after the glitter and shine of the holiday season with Thanksgiving and Christmas the house always looks so quiet and plain. So today’s card uses lovely oranges and yellows and a pop of glimmer paper.
This is an unusual card in as much as most of the decoration is on a piece of vellum attached to the front… and it is no ordinary vellum it has a tone-on-tone printing and is another of the exclusive products available for free as part of Sale-a-bration
