Well, the new Occasions catalog launched yesterday – if you have shopped with me in the last 12 months then you should get a package from me in the next day or so with your copy along with the Sale-a-bration catalog.

First day of the new Occasions Catalog and Sale-a-bration! I promised to share another card from the ‘Hello’ stamp set that is free during Sale-a-baration.
WHAT……I hear you asking, is Sale-a-Bration?
If you have never heard of Sale-a-Bration before then you are in for a treat! It is Stampin’ Up’s annual party where you can get FREE stuff!
This is the first post for 2016 and I would like to take a quick moment to wish all my lovely customers and readers a Happy and Peaceful New Year.
Oh… I just hit my 50th You Tube subscriber!!!! thrilled to reach this milestone.
If you would like to be the 51st subscriber you can find my channel by clicking the little camera!
This month’s set is ‘Birthday Blossoms ‘, with 3 lovely flowering images and 5 very versatile greetings.
I love to make 3D items, especially ones to put little gifts into. I was in one of the large local stores a couple of months ago and came across the handbag/purse size EOS Hand lotions. It is such a lovely shape and perfect for a gift.
I was not quite sure what I would do with it but I knew that I wanted to play with card and adhesive until something came about! Continue reading
I just want to extend a heartfelt wish to all my readers, customers and friends for a very Merry Christmas. I really appreciate the trust you put in me and the time you spend coming to classes or reading my blog or giving me feedback on my ideas for future papercrafting projects.
As many of you know I hold several Christmas card classes during the autumn and you have come and made cards along side of me – I think I designed about 14 different Christmas cards this year for all my classes. So when it comes to sending a card to each of my lovely ladies, I can hardly send one that they have already seen.
So here is my card for this year:
Our clear stampin’ blocks are perfect for both the clear mount and photopolymer stamps. However the blocks and the stamps need to be clean to get a successful ‘cling’ so they don’t fall off just when you don’t want them too!
Over the last few months I have had several of my lovely customers ask me about keeping their stamps and clear stamping blocks clean.
The other day I shared one of my banners – it was in traditional red and green with tones of glimmer and shine.
The second banner I made this year is in more contemporary Pool Party, Crumb Cake and Whisper White, this one is a lot smaller than the red/green one and made a perfect addition to the Christmas tree in my study ~ since I spend a lot of my time in the study I like to have a tree in there as well!
This time next week we shall be celebrating Christmas Day – I have decorated my house (3 Christmas trees) and my husband had decorated the front garden. Practically all the decorations we have put up are ‘shop bought’ which is strange when I spend most of my time ‘crafting’ but it true when they say ‘ the shoe-makers children are the last ones to get shoes’!!! My house is usually the last to get hand made decor – but I do have a couple of banners which I made and have displayed.
