This card was inspired by my Stampin’ UP! mum, Jackie Ross. It uses the Love of Leaves Stamp Set and coordinating Stitched Leaves Dies. It is a great way to use your Designer Series Paper – I just love it and have a tendency to hoard it if I am not careful! You can get 4 pieces from a piece of 6 x 6 paper or 16 from a 12 x 12 piece – so imagine having one design and being able to create a bunch of cards for your stash!

Continue readingI made this card a few months ago using one of the Saleabration Stamp Sets, A Touch of Ink. While it is no longer available I thought I would still share it as I really like the layout which would lend itself to a stamp set you might have in your stash.
Soft Suede is a great neutral base color and can be paired with almost any of the colors in the Stampin’ UP! family, I added a strip of Scalloped Lace Trim to boost up the femininity but if you change out the Rococo Rose card for a more masculine color and drop the lace it would make a great guy card as well.
Continue readingEvery year Stampin’ UP! has a new annual catalog with lots of new products and colors. So when we have some new stuff we say goodbye to some favorites. I have loved the Path of Petals Stamp Set, it has dainty flower images and a range of great greeting suitable for weddings, inspirational, thank you thru to sympathy.
This is a very quick card to make simple using card, stamps and ink. I chose Petal Pink and Early Expresso for my colors, mainly because I wanted to use that ‘oh so pretty’ Petal Pink Organdy Striped Ribbon. It is not too late for you to add this stamp set to your order – it will be available until May 3rd!
Continue readingCajun Craze is a color I seem to forget until Autumn, but it is a great color for masculine cards, especially if you pair it with Sahara Sand and Early Expresso! If you are regular reader of my blog you will know that I struggle with guy themed card but it you have the right stamp set and the right colors they are a lot easier to make. 🙂
I shall be so sorry to see the Soar Confidently Stamp Set retire but it will be available until June 30th – so you can still add it to your order!

Todays card is using the Wild Roses Background Stamp which is just perfect for my Stamparatus, along with the Floral Gallery Dies to create this 3D lettering with Foam Adhesive Sheets.
