What do we mean by Casing a Card? Simply Copy And Share Everything!! It doesn’t mean exactly but gives you a chance to put your own spin on something. I chose to do this to share another Colouring Technique using Masking and Blending Brushes. Inspired by a Sketch ~ Challenge # 217

Welcome to my Corner of the World

Today I am sharing a card as part of a challenge. The inspiration is a card sketch, which is always very handy if you are struggling for a starting point in your card creations. I have kept the card very simple just using Stamps, Ink and Paper with a little ribbon and some embellishments. The only piece of equipment is my paper trimmer/scorer, so you could make it with the minimum of supplies by checking out the video below.

Two Ways to create a Silhouette Effect for a Great Masculine Card

Welcome to my Corner of the World

As I explain in my video today, I wanted to create a masculine card using the graceful leaf die from the Nature’s Symphony Die Set. I started with a square card base and built up from there. As I was working I mused about creating a 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 card using the same supplies and equipment and using some of the ‘leftovers’ from my first card. I went ahead and made one have included that in this post!
