On June 7th I shared one of the new suites of products in the 2016 – 2017 Annual Stampin’ Up catalog ~ Floral Boutique ~ I knew as soon as I saw it it would be at the top of my wish list – and so it was – and the first thing on my order when the catalog went live on June 1st. Since then I have used it a whole bunch and it was the focus of one of my card classes at the end of June.
This is the card we made in the class – I took the idea from page 76 of the catalog and just changed it a little to be suitable for any occasion.
The card base is 11 x 4 1/4 Night of Navy Card ~ scored @ 2 1/4 & 7 5/8 I know this sounds a little awkward but the card is not symetrical
Inside layer : 5 x 4 Whisper White Card with a strip of the Designer Washi tape across the bottom.
Ink Colors: Night of Navy and Delightful Dijon.
‘Just a Note’ comes from the Flourishing Phrases Stamp set which made the card suitable for almost any occasion.
Stampin’ Up! produced a video on how best to use the die

The base card here is Sweet Sugarplum with Rich Razzleberry layer. “Wedding Wishes’ is from the Floral Phrases stamp set – with Sweet Sugarplum in. I used the Festive Flower Builder punch to cut it out, layering over a Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer paper cut with the same punch.
I hope you like today’s cards – please let me know in a comment by clicking the link at just underneath the title of this post – thank you for taking the time to do this.
