Today I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink & Share blog hop again. You will have either arrived from Shirley Merker’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . This month’s theme is Anything but a Card ~ I love to do 3D and Home Decor items and have been really looking forward to this one.
My project today is a decorated clipboard with a notepad and pen using the beautiful Nature’s Poem Designer Series Paper, ribbon, sequins and glimmer paper!
The base measures 7 1/2 x 5 and I used the backing card from a pack of glimmer paper!
The note pad measures 5 x 3″ ~ the cover is 6 1/8 x 3 Blackberry Bliss ~ scored @ 5/8 and 1″
Ink Colors: Blackberry Bliss
A little stamping using the Daisy Delight stamp set on Powder Pink card cut with the Daisy Punch, then layered with the Four Petal Flower Punch and Leaf Punch with Gold Glimmer Paper.
I wrapped the pen with a small piece of designer series paper held together with plenty of mini glue dots, the Gold Library Clip holds the pen perfectly and attached with a little hot glue. Gold Faceted Gems finished the flower centers as well as the clip holding the pen.
