I just love the card I am sharing today – well I love all the cards I make, share and send but the one today just shouts out at me, it has everything I love to put on a card, layers, bling, ribbon and finally that it uses the Painted Harvest Stamp set carried over from the 2017 Holiday Catalog, I have used this stamp set in all sorts of ways, with all sorts of color combinations but today I am using dramatic black and white with just a smidge of grey. Today I am sharing a card inspired by the Creating Pretty Cards sketch from Craft Project Central. I am always looking for ideas for my card projects and have found Craft Project Central to be a very good source of inspiration.
So the story behind today’s card is very simple – I needed a birthday card for a dear friend and a thank you card for another. One friend just loves black and white, so there was a good starting point, I had also just received the new leaf punch from Stampin’ UP!’s Holiday Catalog and was looking for ANY excuse to use it !
