3D Greeting Technique with Video Tutorial

As I explain in my video – I received a card using this technique and just had to give it a try.  It works wonderfully with dies with words so I am sure it would work equally as well with ones for flowers and the like.

I have created a birthday card using the Happy Birthday Framelit Die using the  technique as my focal point, so the stamping is very simple using the Timeless Textures Stamp Set to create a background on which to present the Happy Birthday.

Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Thick Very Vanilla Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Merry Merlot Card

Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Very Vanilla Card

Ink Colors:  Crumb Cake, Soft Suede and Merry Merlot

Painting in Process

Another version – the card size is 5 1/2 x 81/2 made for a lot of people to sign. Stamp set is Touches of Texture.
