On Sunday I shared a card with a tiny little sample of one of the foil sheets that are one of the FREE Sale-a-bration goodies currently available. Today my card features the other color available in the pack ~ Lovely Lipstick, which has given me a chance to show you how this foil can be embossed with an embossing folder along with your Big Shot.

Card Base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Thick Whisper White Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
Layer 1 : 5 1/4 x 4 Thick Whisper White card
Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Lovely Lipstick Foil Sheet
I ran the foil sheet thru the Big Shot with the Lovely Floral Embossing Folder, used some Snail Adhesive to attach it to Layer 1, tied some 3/8 Whisper White Classic Weave Ribbon around before using 4 – 5 Stampin Dimensionals to attach it to the card base. A large Basic Pearl Jewel and the card is finished – not a stamp set or ink pad in sight!
A little tip when using the foil sheet – I found that using Liquid Adhesive showed thru the front of the card so I tried snail adhesive and it gave a much better finish 🙂
Stampin Up! have a 4 different colors of foil sheet, I have listed them below – you might want to try this technique out.
