I have 2 cards today – both would be perfect for children and are the same design – one in Blushing Bride and the other in Balmy Blue, you could swap out the colors to any in your stash. I have used the Picture Perfect Birthday stamp set, lining up the 3 candles onto one clear acrylic block so they are quick and easy to stamp.

Blushing Bride Version
Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Blushing Bride or Balmy Blue card
Layer 1: 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 Smoky Slate Card
Layer 2: 4 x 3 Whisper White Card
Ink Colors: Blushing Bride or Balmy Blue and So Saffron
Balmy Blue Version
The flames are stamped in So Saffron ink then a little of Fine Tip Glue pen added before sprinkling a little Dazzling Diamonds Glitter. The candle panel is popped up on 4 – 5 Stampin Dimensionals then a trio of Clear Rhinestones added.
