Welcome to the Ink & Share Scrapbook blog hop, we are group of international Stampin UP! demonstrators sharing our ideas and creativity with you.
You will have either arrived from Rochelle’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME. This month we have a ‘Summer ‘ theme. Summer always evokes flowers in my mind so I focused on using the flower stamp sets and punches Stampin’ Up has available.
Once again I have chosen to use a 12 x 12 page – mainly because Stampin’ UP! has 12 x 12 card stock in all its colors which gives me a fantastic choice but also because they have the 12 x 12 Page Protectors and Albums.
My base is 12 x 12 Basic Gray Card, then I pulled out Whisper White, Basic Black Daffodil Delight, Pumpkin Pie and Mint Macaron, plus a little Silver Foil to cut out some leaves. I used Tuxedo Black Memento Ink to stamp all the flowers then used the coordinating punches to cut them out.
I have quite a large space to add some photos then a small journaling panel to add some details once I have chosen those photos.
The Inspiration for my page was a Vera Bradly bag I bought for my recent holiday – it has all sorts of colors that I would not have put together myself – pink and orange. along with black for example, but thinking about it a garden can have a riot of color just like my bag!
Thank you for stopping by – I hope you like today’s page – please let me know in a comment ~ by using that little box at the end of this post.
