Welcome back to my corner of the world

The Memorable Mosaic Stamp Set is one that I bought last summer when the 2019 – 2020 Annual Catalog came out, but I kind of forgot about using it! .  It has a two part stamp to create the most  peaceful Weeping Willow-style tree that reminds me of one we planted in the garden of our family home way back in the late ’60’s.

I have been trying to use colors that I would not of usually pair up so Flirty Flamingo and Garden Green are my choices for this card – I think they worked rather well!

Card base:  11 x 4 1/4 Flirty Flamingo Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1:  5 1/4 x 4 Garden Green Card

Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Whisper White Card

Layer 3: 3 3/4 x 1/2 Silver Foil

Scraps of Whisper White and Flirty Flamingo Card

Ink Colors:  Garden Green and Sahara Sand

I stamped the green part of the tree first then the trunk – this way  I knew I would not run out of space.  Then I added the Silver Foil strip with a little Multipurpose Adhesive. I stamped a scrap of Flirty Flamingo with Sahara Sand ink then cut with the Timeless Label Punch, then the greeting which is  cut with the Classic Label Punch, everything is just popped on Stampin Dimensionals.  My final flourish is a trio of Rhinestone  Basic Jewels.
