Today’s card uses some products that will be retiring in the coming weeks 😦 The Path of Petals Stamp Set has some very pretty ‘wispy’ sort of flowers and leaves as well as some really useful greetings – and you know I love a stamp set with images and greetings!
I chose to use the sharing in your sorrow greeting for this one, sadly it is necessary to make cards for these occasions, but any of the greetings in this set would work in the space on this card.
Card base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Crumb Cake Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Highland Heather Card
Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Whisper White Card
Strip: 5 1/4 x 1/2 Highland Heather Card run thru big shot with the Layered Leaves Embossing Folder
Ink Colors: Crumb Cake and Highland Heather
I stamped the greeting first then the wispy flowers, before attaching to the Highland Heather layer with a little Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. Then I attached the little strip of card again with liquid adhesive. The leaves are cut with the Leaf Punch from Highland Heather Card and Silver foil then attached with a couple of Mini Glue Dots along with the little knot of 1/4 ” Gorgeous Grape Mini Stripped Ribbon…… and of course a scattering of Pearl Basic Jewels
