Welcome to June! I often share where my inspiration comes from – today my color combination is from a scarf  I wear as an accent during the winter months (too hot to wear scarves during North Texas summer months) I was putting it on one day and recognized Petal Pink then Smoky Slate and so today’s card was born!

I have used a  very simple, asymmetric, fold that showcases the Positive Thoughts Stamp Set along with the stunning Petal Pink Organdy Stripped Ribbon which made me fall in love with Petal Pink in the first place!

Card base:  8 1/4 x 4 1/4 Smoky Slate Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1: 4 x 2 1/2 Whisper White Card run thru cutting and embossing machine with the Parisian Flourish Embossing Folder

Layer 2: 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 Smoky Slate Card

Layer 3: 4 x 2 1/2 Petal Pink Card

Layer 4:  3 3/4 x 2 1/4 Whisper White Card

Ink Colors: Smoky Slate and Petal Pink

While the stamp set has some greetings I decided to leave this one ‘greeting free’ I think it would work for a lot of different occasions, birthday, thank you, thinking of you, sympathy
