I am doing it again ~ using my Designer Series Paper!!! This time I have pared the Color and Contour Stamp Set with Harvest Meadow DSP.
Each time a new catalog is launched I look at Punches, Ribbon and then the DSP before anything else. Now you may be wondering what I mean by DSP………. basically it is double-sided decorated paper similar to that used for scrapbook layouts – and I have used it for this but it also works to decorate your handmade greeting cards.
- Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Crumb Cake Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
- Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper
- Ink Color: Crumb Cake and Blushing Bride
The Color and Contour Stamp Set has a coordinating Scalloped Contours Die Set – I used the dies to cut that cute little scalloped label with a scrap of Basic White Card. The little stem of flowers is also part of the stamp set as well as a die to cut it out. (You can buy the stamp set and dies individually or buy the bundle to save 10%!)
The bow is made from the 1/4 White Crinkle Seam Binding Ribbon, colored with a Crumb Cake Stampin Blend, before tying the bow. Did you know you can color you own ribbon? I have a video to show you how – check it out here
