When Stampin’ UP! announced it was introducing the Stamparatus (stamp positioning tool) into its paper crafting tools I was sooooo excited, I was even more excited when I was offered the opportunity to be part of the design ‘team’ during the development phases. Since its release I have used it so much and have a series of videos sharing various techniques for this ‘oh so handy’ tool.
Today’s card is a simple one but has a few techniques, including the Stamparatus, creating greeting banners without punches or dies and a pretty bow tied with the Soft Succulent Open Weave Ribbon. Read on to find the links to each of these…………….
- Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Soft Seafoam Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
- Layer 1: 5 x 3 3/4 Soft Succulent Card
- Layer 2: 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 Basic White Card
- Banner: 3 x 1/2 Basic White card layered onto 3 1/4 x 3/4 Soft Succulent
- Ink Color: Soft Succulent and Soft Seafoam
The main image uses the Blossoms in Bloom stamp set along with my Stamparatus. Once the main image is stamped I added in the leaves and flower centers with my stamps on acrylic blocks
The banner greeting is popped up on a couple of Stampin’ Dimensionals and the bow attached with a Mini Glue Dot.
