I think today’s card would fit most any occasion, particularly for a guy – which I struggle with. I chose the neutral colors of Very Vanilla with Mossy Meadow and Sahara Sand – I thought the combination was ‘peaceful’

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Thick Very Vanilla Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Mossy Meadow Card
• Layer 2: 5 x 3 3/4 Very Vanilla Card
• Ink Color: Sahara Sand and Mossy Meadow

A very Quick and Easy card to make – I simply stamped the background stamp (from the Textured Essentials Stamp set which I forgot had been retired!) several times then added that lovely stem of poppy seed heads from the Enjoy the Moment Stamp Set. I made sure the stamp pad wasn’t too juicy because I wanted the image to have a softer look.

The greeting is cut using the plain dies from the Layering Circles set, I simply chose the sizes that fit the greeting. The circles are attached with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive then attached to the card base with a couple of Stampin Dimensionals. I have added a few of the gold Metallic Pearls for a little bling.
