Once again I am thrilled to be taking part in the Ink . Stamp . Share blog hop, we are a group of Stampin’ Up!®️Demonstrators from around the globe here to bring you inspiration through creativity!
You will have either arrived from Gez’s post or starting here ~ either way WELCOME . This month our theme is Celebration!
I was thinking about celebration ~ we are in the season of graduation as well as weddings and I thought that maybe my card could be used to offer ‘Congratulations’ for either of these celebrations.
Card Base: 11 x 4 1/4 Thick Basic White Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Pear Pizzazz Card
Layer 2: 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper ~ run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Cascading Ruffles Embossing Folder
Ink Color : Pear Pizzazz
I have not shared the Mother of Pearl Specialty Paper before – it is stunning and very sophisticated, you can see from the photo that it shimmers and gleams particularly after using the New Cascading Ruffles Embossing Folder. My little blossoms are cut from Blackberry Bliss card using the Flowers and Leaves Punch then layered onto a scalloped heart cut from a scrap of Pear Pizzazz. The flower centers use another new product ~ Iridescent Pearl Basic Jewels, with a little Basic White Crinkled Seam Binding bow to finish off.
Thank you for stopping by – I hope you like today’s project – please let me know in a comment ~ by using that little box at the bottom of this post.
The wonderful thing about a blog hop is that you get to see projects made by a host of talented papercrafters ~ so go ahead and hit the ‘NEXT’ button below and see what Sue has to share 🙂
