You all know that I love the decorative paper packs, I find them inspirational especially when it comes to color combinations. Last November I was able to go to an all day Stampin’ UP! event in Arlington TX, there I was gifted an pack of Like an Animal decorative paper – which has all animal prints. To be honest it is not something I would choose to have but I put on my thinking cap and came up with a simple design featuring the paper with some lovely Polished Pink card and ribbon (soon to retire)
- Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Grey Granite Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
- Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Grey Granite Card ~ run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Thanks and Hello Embossing Folder
- Layer 2: 5 1/4 x 2 Like an Animal Decorative Paper
- Ink Color: Grey Granite
This is a very easy card to make, everything is attached with Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive. The greeting is from the Biggest Wish Stamp Set, cut with the Label Me Fancy Punch then layered onto some Polished Pink card cut with the Lasting Label Punch. The twist of Polished Pink Open Weave ribbon is attached to the back of the greeting label with a couple of mini glue dots before attaching to the card with some Stampin Dimensionals. It goes without saying that I sprinkled a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels around as well!!
