Once again I enjoyed designing and making my flip over calendar for 2023, with the help of my friend, Elly – while she was visiting from the UK in October. . As I have done for the last few years I am going to be sharing one at the start of each month. This was designed for a stamp camp in early December 2022, we had such fun making them and my ladies have made me promise to do another for 2024

I am changing things a little for this year, I recognise not everyone is into making 3D items so have created a card for each month, using elements from the calendar for that month. .

So today I share, a cute Lady Bird a perfect choice for mid-spring.

• Base Card: 5 1/2 x 4 Mango Melody Card
• Calendar Layer : 5 x 3 1/2 Basic White Card
• Ink Color: Granny Apple Green

The stamp set is Hello Ladybug which has a coordinating 3 3/4 x 2 3/4 Basic B

As I work thru the year some of the products used might have retired, however you may have them in your stash or find a suitable alternative, either way enjoy 🙂

The calendar part is made using the Days to Remember Stamp Set ~ which is cleverly designed to cover all the months of the year. I have a video on how I used it to create my calendar. Check out how I did this

• 1st Layer : 5 1/4 x 4 Mango Melody Card ~ run the the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Cane Weave Embossing Folder
• 2nd Layer : 4 x 1 1/4 Tea Boutique Decorative Paper
• 3rd Layer: 3 3/4 x 2 3/4 Basic Black Card
• 4th Layer : 3 1/2 x 2 1/2 Basic White Card
• Ink Color: Granny Apple Green
