If you, like me, received a Christmas card well after the Christmas was over you might like to send something back with more of a New Year’s theme, so today I have one with lots of sparkle to share.

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Night of Navy Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4 & 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 4 1/8 x 4 1/8 White Glimmer Specialty Paper
• Layer 2: 4 1/8 x 1 1/8 Naturally Gilded Specialty Paper
• Ink Color: Night of Navy

I am not entirely sure why but I always associate New Year with navy blue and silver, it just works for me. Today’s card features Stampin UP! products, the stamp set is Encircled in Nature with the coordinating dies to cut the fancy wreath. A little White 1/4 Diagonal Trim Ribbon and a scattering of Basic Rhinestones to add some final bling.
