Customizing Off-the-Shelf Envelopes

Welcome to my Corner of the World

Sometimes we create a card which just will not fit any envelopes we have, this happened to me just this past week when I needed to mail a card I had made a few weeks ago. I could have used my envelope punch board but did not have a piece of plain paper large enough for the job, so I scratched my head a little and came up with today’s idea.

My envelope started at 9 x 6 3/8 ( 23 x x16 cm) also known as a C5 /A5 . The finished size is 6 3/4 x 6 3/8 (17 x 16cms)

I hope you enjoyed the envelope idea and video I shared with you today, I love what I do and spend many hours working on designs, new projects, new ideas and much more. Don’t forget to be a subscriber on the blog by clicking the blue follow button on the top right and my You Tube Channel so that you get all the projects.

As I have now retired as a Stampin Up Demonstrator I will know longer be sharing links to the supplies, however there are lots of wonderful demonstrators around the world who would be glad to help you with finding them. 🙂

Please note that I am not endorsing any particular products nor am I being compensated for using them. I am sharing an idea and hope that you will be able to use products from your own stash to create a similar card 🙂
