Ink Smooshing ~ Embossing Folder Technique # 3

Welcome to my Corner of the World

It is a while since I last shared a technique using embossing folders. I really enjoyed working with this one but was not quite sure what it is called. As you will see from the video you kind draw or ‘smooch’ the ink pad across the card………….. so that is what I called it!

  • Base Card: 8 1/4 x 5 3/4 Pecan Pie Card ~ scored @ 4 1/8
  • Layer 1: 4 3/4 x 3 3/4 Very Vanilla Card
  • Layer 2: 4 1/4 x 3 1/4 Pecan Pie ~ run thru the embossing machine with the Layered Florals 3D Embossing Folder
  • Inside Layer : 5 1/2 x 3 7/8 Very Vanilla Card
  • Ink Color: Pecan Pie & Whisper White

Check out the video to see how everything goes together:
