EOS Lip Balm Boxes

I spend a lot of time researching ideas on the internet, whether it be for my classes, gifts, items I make for craft sales or just for a personal challenge.

I love to make boxes and when I came across this idea from Sam Donald (UK Stampin’ Up demonstrator) I was inspired, dropped everything and went and made one!  It was sooooo cute so when one of the ladies who come to my classes bought along a friend to a class – well she got one too!

New Events added to Calendar

calendarI have updated my calendar of events with my classes and stamp camps.  There are lots of new things to choose from, so click on the ‘Calendar’ tab at the top of the page and let me know what which class(es) you would like join me.

This includes my new classes which I have called ‘Clean and Simple Stack o’Cards – perfect for folks new to card crafting OR those who would love to make and send handmade cards but don’t want to have all the ‘stuff’ 🙂

SAVE THE DATE:  OCTOBER 3rd – I shall be hosting my first ever ‘Stampin’ Getaway’ ~ a whole day of card crafting – projects include cards, 3D and Home Decor Items.  Your registration fee will include lunch, snacks, door prizes and goodie bags as well as all the supplies to make your projects.  Don’t miss out the chance to indulge yourself for a whole day playing with card, ink, stamps etc

Hello Card

During this last week I had a stamp camp where we made a covered notebook with pen and notecards.  One of my ladies asked if she could come but did not want to make the covered notebook.  She asked to borrow my Stampin Trimmer and worked with the supplies I had prepared for her.  I was thrilled and delighted when she finished and shared with the results with the class.

Happy Birthday – dear sister

May 12th is my sister, Susie’s, birthday ~ she is 7 years younger than me and lives in the UK, so I don’t get to see too much of her.  While I was always the one who followed the rules (some might say something of a fuddy duddy) she was the one who pushed the envelope and got away with it (mostly!) She is now the proud mother of 4 children and  Nanna to 2 grandbabies – it amazes me that my baby sister is a grandmother!!!
