On June 7th I shared one of the new suites of products in the 2016 – 2017 Annual Stampin’ Up catalog ~ Floral Boutique ~ I knew as soon as I saw it it would be at the top of my wish list – and so it was – and the first thing on my order when the catalog went live on June 1st. Over the last 4 – 5 months I have been sharing my mission to use Designer Series Paper (DSP) and have posted a lot of projects here so show my progress.
Well the new Stampin’ Up! catalog was made available to demonstrators in mid April and lots of new designs of DSP were included. As soon as I clapped eyes on the Floral Boutique DSP and its coordinating products I fell in love.

I have a small but delightful team of ladies who are part of the Stampin’ Up! family with me. I wanted to make them a small thank you gift for Christmas using products from Stampin’ Up.
I am a little late in posting this and the video as Christmas is now 3 weeks behind us – but the idea can be used for any occasion – in fact I think they would make very nice shower favors – they can be made in the party’s color scheme.

September’s kits are all ready to go to their new homes, each of the packs contained the supplies to make 4 completely different cards with the Awesomely Artistic Stamp set. This is a lovely set with a variety of images that can be built into beautiful cards, I love the flower image but the ferns and dragon-fly are the real winners in this stamp set.
Welcome to card #4 of my week with the ‘Celebrate Today’ stamp set When looking at all the pieces in this set it came a surprise to me to see ‘wedding’ as one of the greetings – had not really associated balloons and weddings before – so I took it as a personal challenge!

It was my dear Mum’s birthday at the beginning of August, her favorite colors have always been Navy Blue and Cream, so this was the starting point for the card I made for her. As she lives in the UK I needed to ensure that the card would be light enough to mail, without to much bulk from pearls or rhinestones. Those of you who know me also know I love bling on my my cards, this is where glimmer paper comes in very handy!!!
