I am a bit of an organizing fanatic – (although if you looked at my desk right now you would probably think HUH!?!) I am always looking for a bit of paper to write a note on or double checking the date. So today’s 3D project covers both of those needs.

These are very easy to make and would make a super little gift for a co-worker, it holds about 200 pieces of 4 1/4 x 2 3/4 copy paper!

By The Bay ~ Twisted Ribbon Technique Video Tutorial

Welcome to my Corner of the World

It is amazing what you can get paper to do! My card today has taken some double sided decorative paper and created a twisted ribbon effect, it was a lot of fun to do and remarkably easy – things usually are when you know to do them. So in today’s card and video I share how I do this technique, showcasing one of the new decorative papers that will be available on January 5th when the new 2023 Jan – May mini catalog goes LIVE! 🙂

Punch Art Honey Bee – Vintage Card Idea

Welcome to my Corner of the World

You have probably picked up over the years that I love punches! They are quick and easy to use – I used the Lady Bird Builder Punch to create the sweet little honey bee on today’s card.

While I am very fond of shabby chic/vintage style cards I don’t make them very often as I run out of ideas, however the ink sponging technique with a little water coloring is a great way to start. Read on to see the card and video on creating the honey bee.

Introducing the 2022 -2024 In-Colors

Welcome to my Corner of the World

I kinda say this every year – but WOW !!!!!!- I just love the new colors that were launched today – May 3rd. I can see me using these time and time again. I have created a simple card to showcase each of the colors with their coordinating cardstock, ink, ribbon and decorative paper (DSP) .
