It is amazing what you can get paper to do! My card today has taken some double sided decorative paper and created a twisted ribbon effect, it was a lot of fun to do and remarkably easy – things usually are when you know to do them. So in today’s card and video I share how I do this technique, showcasing one of the new decorative papers that will be available on January 5th when the new 2023 Jan – May mini catalog goes LIVE! 🙂

I think this would make a really special card for the fellas in our lives!

• Base Card: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Balmy Blue Card ~ scored @ 2 1/8 and 4 1/4
• Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Silver Foil Specialty Pack
• Layer 2: 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 Balmy Blue Card
• Layer 3: 3 1/2 x 2 Basic White Card
• Twisted Ribbon: Several Strips 6 x 3/8 By the Bay Decorative Paper
• Ink Color: Balmy Blue

I used the Simply Elegant Trim for my embellishment, the Friends are like Seashells Stamp Set and the Beautiful Shapes Dies to cut my greeting. Check out the video to see how it all goes together!
