On Sunday I shared the Mini Cut and Emboss Machine which is currently available at 20% discount for the month of March. I have been using one of the Sale-a-bration goodies, Daffodil Afternoon Decorative Paper with the Daffodil Daydream and Happy & Heartfelt Stamp Sets. The Daffodil outline in these stamps are perfect for coloring with Stampin Blends Alcohol Markers, which is a technique I am still working on to improve, which you will see in the video 🙂

I was a bit taken aback when I came up with today’s color combination ~ Real Red and Coastal Cabana ~ I saw some scraps that had fallen on the floor and decided I was going to go for it!! Very striking and I think it works!
As the colors are so striking I decided to keep the card itself very simple, just using a very simple fun gatefold.

Welcome to my Corner of the World
The First Noel is probably my favorite Christmas Carol, the Happy Holly Days Stamp set has a greeting that simply says ‘NOEL’ so I have paired it with the Merry Melody 3D Embossing Folder for today’s card.
This is an asymmetric card – the front is slightly shorter than the back – which allowed another of the greetings from the set to peep thru while the card is still closed.
