Continue readingI recently took part in an on-line Stampin’ UP! event, several folks commented that they were not really ‘taken’ with Wild Wheat – one of the new 2023 -2025 In colors and were finding it hard to pair it with another color. Personally I really like it, it has sort of matt gold overtones and after a little thinking and experimenting I paired it with a particular favorite of mine……….. Blackberry Bliss, with Very Vanilla as my neutral ……………… I think this makes a great Autumn color combo!
Continue readingI cannot believe we are heading toward Easter already, it seems just a short time ago we celebrated the New Year and I packed away the Christmas decorations for another year!
Today I am using the Easter Bunny Bundle for my card, this is such a cute stamp set, with 3 little bunnies, some cute Easter eggs and other useful decorative stamps and greetings, including a little grass stamp!. My card colors come from the Dandy Designs decorative paper – this was a Sale-a-bration freebie that is sadly no longer available, however there are other decorative papers available that would work just as well!

Last year I had such fun sharing my flip over calendar at the start of each month that I have decided to do the same for my 2022 calendar. This was designed for a stamp camp in November 2021, we had such fun making them and my ladies have made me promise to do another for 2022.
So today I share, water-colored echinacea with dragonflies and late summer/early autumn colors.
Continue readingToday I am sharing the 4th and final of 4 seasonal samplers that I have created for my lovely ladies who come to my classes – Spring is the theme for this one with lots of bright spring colors and elements. As always with samplers there is quite a few materials and tools used but the result is so worth it 🙂

Today’s card features the Happy Hedgehog Bundle, a stamp set with a coordinating punch!
Continue readingI shared a card using the Catching Butterflies Stamp Set last week, today I have used the set again to create a rainbow of butterflies.
