Animal Outing ~ Birthday

Our youngest grand-daughter just turned 3!  Cannot believe how quickly those 3 years have passed.  Nearby where they all live in the UK is a Wildlife Park,  a favorite place for a family day-out.  So when it came to making her a card this year the Animal Outing Stamp Set, which I got when attending the Stampin’ UP! demonstrator conference at the beginning of April, was perfect for her birthday card.

Card base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Blushing Bride Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4

Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 4 Whisper White Card run thru the Big Shot with the Oh My Stars Embossing Folder

Ink Colors:  Gray Granite and Garden Green.

Each animal was stamped using Gray Granite Ink then colored with the Watercolor Pencils and Blender Pens, before being cut with the 2″ Circle Punch and layered onto Garden Green Card cut with the Starburst Punch.

I could not resist adding a little balloon – after all every celebration needs a balloon especially as I could add one  of the numbers from the Sweet Soiree Embellishment Kit!
