Darling Label Punch Box ~ Stampin’ UP!

Today is a ‘twofer’ – two cards for the price of one!  One of the first things on my ‘wish list’ for the 2018 – 2019 Annual Catalog was the Darling Label Punch Box!  It is the cutest tin filled with crafting must-haves, add some card and adhesives and maybe a few embellishments and you are ready to start creating!

This box contains a 6-piece stamp set with a coordinating punch, a clear stamp block and two Stampin’ Spots ~ one in Grapefruit Grove,  the other in Night of Navy.  Both my card use the goodies from this 8 x 8 x 3 size tin plus some Designer Series Paper, ribbon and Metallic Pearls.  You gotta read on to see what I came up with……………………

To make these cards I used 2 pieces of 6 x 6 DSP from the color families for the ink colors included in the Darling Label Punch Box – mixing and matching colors, stripes and dots to get the most out of my paper.

Card # 1

Card base:  8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Night of Navy Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4

Layer 1:  5 1/4 x 4 Grape Fruit Grove 2018 – 2020 In color DSP Stack – cut at 2″ and one piece flipped over to show off both sides of the paper

Layer 2: 4 x 3/4 Night of Navy  from the Neutrals DSP Pack – this is a strip left from cutting the second card (see below)

Layer 3: 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 Night of Navy Card

Layer 4: 2 x 2 Grape Fruit Grove 2018 – 2020 In color DSP Stack

Layer 5: 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 Grapefruit Grove Card

Layer 6: 2 x 2 Night of Navy  from the Neutrals DSP Pack

Ink Colors: Night of Navy

Card # 2

Card base:  11 x 5 1/4 Grapefruit Grove Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1:  5 1/4 x 4 Night of Navy from Neutrals DSP Stack

Layer 2: 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 Night of Navy Card

Layer 3: 2 x 2 Grape Fruit Grove 2018 – 2020 In color DSP Stack

Layer 4: 2 1/4 x 2 1/4 Grapefruit Grove Card

Layer 5: 2 x 2 Night of Navy  from the Neutrals DSP Pack

Layer 6: 1 5/8 x 1 5/8 Night of Navy Card

Ink Colors: Grapefruit Grove

I used the 1/8 Grapefruit Grove Ribbon on both cards and Metallic Pearls – the packet has 121 Gold Pearls and 121 Silver Pearls so I chose to showcase both of them on these cards.
