We will be celebrating Thanksgiving here in the US in the coming days, as an ex-pat Brit – it is not a holiday that we were familiar with when we came to the US in 2001. Since that time we have celebrated the holiday with our friends here and certainly enjoy the traditions and food linked to the holiday.
So today is has a thanksgiving flavor but would also be perfect as a birthday or an all occasion card. The To every Season Stamp Set and coordination Every Season Punch Pack
Card base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Merry Merlot Card ~ scored @ 4 1/4
Layer 1: 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 Mint Macaron Card
Layer 2: 4 3/8 x 3 3/8 Very Vanilla Card
Ink Colors: Mint Macaron, Cajun Craze, Merry Merlot
To make sure I had enough room I stamped the greeting first in Cajun Craze ink, then scattered leaves around. The Mint Macaron Textile Ribbon is warpped around with a faux knot then attached to the base card with 4 – 5 Mini Stampin Dimensionals.
The very smallest leaves are stamped on a scrap of Very Vanilla Card then punched with the leaf from the Every Season Punch Pack before attaching them with Mini Stampin Dimensionals.
