Welcome back to my corner of the world
Today’s card showcases all three of the purples in the Stampin’ UP! family of colors, Gorgeous Grape, Highland Heather and Purple Posy – it also gave me the chance to show off the 3/8 Tricolor Ribbon which also has the same three colors.
I chose to use a simple Z fold for my base and the Highland Heather ink for all my stamping which was done with the Botanical Bliss Stamp set.
Card base: 11 x 4 1/4 Gorgous Grape Card ~ scored @ 2 3/4 and 5 1/2
Layer 1: 4 x 2 5/8 Highland Heather Card
Layer 2: 4 1/4 x 2 1/4 Gorgeous Grape Card
Layer 3: 4 x 2 Purple Posy Card with one end cut with the Punch
Inside layer for writing your greeting: 5 1/4 x 4 Purple Posy Card
Ink Colors: Highland Heather
The Botanical Bliss stamp set has some sweet images and 5 very useful greetings, I went with Happy Birthday ‘cos we all need a birthday card to hand which I stamped onto my piece of card first then back filled with that super ‘swirly, leaf stamp – so pretty and delicate.
The bow is attached with a Mini Glue dot then a few Pearls scattered to make a divinely feminine card.
