Welcome back to my corner of the world
A couple of weeks ago I had one of my lovely customers decide to join my team as a hobby demo – so she could take advantage of the discount when buying her goodies – I wanted to give her a personal thank you for making that decision and gave her a package of goodies along with a hand-made card!
Sale-a-bration is the perfect time to join Stampin’ UP! as a demonstrator, there are extra goodies offered as well as the usual great deal of choosing $125 worth of any goodies in the the catalogs for just $99. When I joined around 9 1/2 years ago it was one of the best decisions I have ever made (after marrying my husband, of course 🙂 ) If you scroll down the post a little further there is a link that will take you straight to more details.
Card base: 8 1/2 x 5 1/2 Soft Sea Foam Card ~ Scored @ 4 1/4
Layer 1: 5 1/4 x 3 1/2 Whisper White Card
Layer 2: 5 1/4 x 3 1/4 Soft Sea Foam Card ~ run thru the big shot with the 3D Stone embossing folder
Ink Colors: Mossy Meadow and Blushing Bride
I chose to use 3 of the Sale-a-bration products , the Thoughtful Blooms Stamp set with the coordinating Small Blooms Punch and the Stone 3D Embossing Folder.
The hole in the middle of the card is cut using the Label Me Lovely Punch, I placed the Soft Seafoam layer onto the white layer then stamped the greeting, before attaching them with Stampin Dimensionals to give more of a 3D effect. The flowers and leaves (punched with my favorite Sprig Punch) are attached with some Mini Glue Dots then a final touch of glamour with the Metallic Pearls in the center of each flower.
While I have chosen a specific welcome greeting for my card – swap it out for another and make a beautiful birthday or thank you card ~ whatever works for you 🙂

So what is Sale-a-bration?? It is a great way to get FREE stuff ~ for every $50 you spend on Stampin’ UP! goodies (exc shipping and tax) – either from the Annual Catalog or the 2020 Mini Catalog or even the Clearance Rack; you can choose a Sale-a-bration catalog item and there are 12 different items to choose from ~ you can collect as many in one order as you want.
As a demonstrator I was able to place my order in December so I was able to get my hands on some of the free products ahead of time. There are a couple of links to the right to get to both the new catalogs, if would like your own copies, click here and I will send you them for FREE!
Hope you enjoy the card I shared today, maybe you would like to join my team of happy demonstrators and receive a gift from me 🙂

Hi Cindy. I’m looking for that “Welcome To The Team” stamp that you used in your card. What stamp set is that from?

Hello Roxane, it is from Stamping Your Way to the Top which was a Demonstrator stamp set a couple of years ago. If you are a Stampin’ UP demo there is a similar set called Let’s Create Together – available in Supply Items. Hope this helps 🙂
