Welcome back to my corner of the world

I cannot remember a time in my life that I have been bored – there has always been something for me to do  ranging from reading, weeding my flower beds, baking bread or cakes, sewing on a button, even clearing out a cupboard or drawer or crafting – I think all of these are ‘creative’ in some way so I have really loved the Crafting Forever Stamp set particularly the ‘Do Something Creative Every Day” greeting.

Today’s card uses just this stamp along with the Daisy and Medium Daisy Punches.  The Crafting Forever Stamp set is about to retire along with the Gold Faceted Gems I used for the center of my daisy!

Card base:  11 x 4 1/4  Bermuda Bay Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2

Layer 1: 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 Blushing Bride Card

Layer 2: 4 pieces 1 x 1 Bermuda Bay Card

Scraps of Whisper White Card

Ink Colors: Early Espresso and Blushing Bride

The 4 small squares are attached with a little Multipurpose Liquid Adhesive then this panel attached to the cardbase with some Stampin Dimensionals . I cut one large Daisy and 2 Medium Daisies and used a Stampin Sponge and Blushing Bride Ink to color  the petal tips.

I stamped my greeting at an angle – I often do this so I don’t have to stress over getting it level or centered or whatever.  Change out the greeting and this design would be great for a birthday, thank you or thinking of you – very versatile !!!
