An easy fun fold for today with a simple gatefold with a front panel, they look so impressive but so easy to do.

I used the Healing Hugs stamp set to create this ‘get well soon’ card in nice bold Night of Navy and Mango Melody colors. I think by simply changing out the greeting you could use this design for thank you, birthday or simply ‘just because’!

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Mango Melody Card ~ scored @ 2 3/4 and 8 1/4
• Layer 1: 2 pieces 4 x 2 1/2 Night of Navy Card ~ run thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Parisian Flourish Embossing Folder
• Front Panel Layer 1: 3 3/4 x 3 1/4 Mango Melody Card
• Front Panel Layer 2: 3 1/2 x 3 Whisper White Card
• Ink Color: Night of Navy and Pear Pizzazz

Using the Butterfly Duet Punch I cut a large butterfly from a scrap of Silver Foil, then run it thru the Cut and Emboss Machine with the Parisian Flourish Embossing folder – it really gave it a lot of interest! The tiny Night of Navy butterfly uses the same punch and the two are attached with a Mini Glue dot before adding a couple of Rhinestone Basic Jewels on the body.

I think this would cheer anyone up if they are feeling a little under the weather – what do you think?
