Today’s card features the Queen Anne’s Lace Stamp Set, this has some very dainty flowery images and 6 great greetings in a lovely script – those who follow me know that I do love nice lettering :-). I chose to use the ‘Hello Friend’ one for this card as I think that this kind of card can be used for practically any occasion – wouldn’t it be lovely to open an envelope and find a simple and pretty hello inside!

Once again my color choices were decided by my ribbon drawer, I wanted to use the elegant Vanilla Metallic Edged ribbon, so then chose Vanilla for my card with Cinnamon Cider and Petal Pink to coordinate.

• Base Card: 11 x 4 1/4 Cinnamon Cider Card ~ scored @ 5 1/2
• Layer 1: 5 x 3 3/4 Petal Pink Card ~ run thru Cut & Emboss Machine with the Scripty Embossing Folder
• Layer 2: 3 1/4 x 3 1/4 Cinnamon Cider Card ~ cut with largest scalloped square die from the Layering Squares Die set
• Layer 3: 2 3/4 x 2 3/4 Very Vanilla Card
• Ink Color: Cinnamon Cider and Petal Pink

I stamped the greeting first then stamped the stem to get the maximum amount of card covered. The stamp set is photopolymer which is great for 2-step stampin’ – allowing me to line up the flowers to add the additional Petal Pink part afterward

I always thing Basic Pearl Jewels go very well with vanilla card, so I have a few of those scattered about.
